Salon Policies – Please Read Before Booking Hello Everyone! My name is Paige, I am a 20 year old licensed hairstylist. Welcome to my booking site! I’m so excited to have you in my chair. Please take a moment to read and understand the following policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us. ⸻ 📅 Booking Policy • All appointments must be booked online. No same-day bookings unless posted on my social media. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due in cash or Cash App at the time of service. • Prices are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, density, and style complexity. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy • There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and marked as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ 🚫 No-Show / Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a full-service charge and may prevent future bookings. ⸻ 💇🏾♀️ Hair Prep Requirements • Hair must be clean, product-free, and detangled before your appointment, unless you are booking a shampoo add-on. • If extra detangling or prep is required, a $15+ fee will be added. • For braids and Prontos, your hair must be blown out unless stated otherwise in the service description. ⸻ 👧🏾 Children / Extra Guests • No extra guests or children unless being serviced. Seating is limited and this helps maintain a calm, focused environment. ⸻ 📸 Content Release • I love showcasing my work! By booking, you agree that photos/videos of your hairstyle may be used for social media and marketing purposes. If you’d prefer not to be posted, just let me know in advance. ⸻ 🧾 Final Notes • Please come with a positive attitude and good vibes only 💕 • Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment. ⸻ Thank you for supporting my craft! Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Silk Haus Co. has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Silk Haus Co. at (501) 712-3866 or silkhausco@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
